Our team is the heartbeat of KIGUMBA DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE. From secretaries to researchers, each member brings unique skills and a shared commitment to community transformation.
We are a diverse group of professionals – including administrators, IT specialists, researchers, finance officers, and community outreach coordinators – all working collaboratively to implement our programs. Our team is supported by volunteers and interns who share our vision.

Mary Akello
Mary manages office operations, schedules meetings, and ensures smooth communication across departments. She is the first point of contact for visitors and partners.
David Ochen
David manages our digital platforms, maintains hardware and software, and supports our communications strategy to amplify our impact online and offline.
Grace Lamunu
Grace designs research studies, collects field data, and monitors program performance to ensure we are achieving our objectives and learning from our work.
Peter Omara
Peter handles financial records, processes payments, and assists with budgeting and reporting, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
Annet Adong
Annet builds relationships with community leaders, organises mobilisation activities, and ensures that our programs are participatory and responsive to local needs.
Samuel Okello
Samuel supports the planning and implementation of our various programs, assists in field activities, and helps coordinate volunteer efforts.
